Bacon Wrapped Sweet Potato Fries
Today I was on Pinterest looking for an appetizer to take to Game Night with the ladies, and came across Bacon Wrapped Sweet Potato Fries by Health-Bent. It was just exactly what I was looking for, and it was a hit!! These were so simple and even tastier than I could have imagined. A little sweet with a little salty!!
Simply slice up a sweet potato, or use frozen sweet potato fries (which is what I did). Take your bacon (preferably not thick) and cut it in half length-wise, then width-wise, so you have 4 skinny pieces. Wrap the bacon around each french fry. Then line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and bake at 425° for 15 minutes, if using fresh sweet potatoes, or about 28 minutes if using frozen.
Enjoy!
