Nutrisystem Week 2 #NSNation

Well, I am finally taking the time to report on Nutrisystem, Week 2 of the program. I really wish I had better results to share with all of you, but alas, I don’t. My week ended Monday, after a few days of vacationing. It just took me some time to write about it. I am hoping for better results to report when I weigh on this coming Tuesday!

For my second week on Nutrisystem, I made a trip to LegoLand, which meant a lot of hours in the car and theme park. For the drive down, I took healthy car snacks, and ordered a healthy-ish sandwich for lunch. My problem began by eating at a Buffet for dinner! I will be writing about that amazing experience later, but as far as a diet goes, not the best idea I have ever had. That buffet got my week off to a very bad start. I think I spent the remaining time just losing what I gained that one night.

When I returned home from my trip, I was very dedicated to eat healthier. I have discovered that my favorite Nutrisystem treat is the Peppermint Cookie Patty. It is a great mixture between a cookie and a peppermint patty. It is quite chewy, which I enjoy because it takes me longer to eat it. I savor every bite, and really don’t feel like I am being jipped in the sweets department.

Even though I was very good the last couple of days for week 2, I still didn’t have a loss, BUT, I didn’t have a gain either! Trying to look on the bright side, and hoping for a better week next week!
