Baked Pancakes
As easy as pancakes are to make, do you ever dread making them because of the tedious work of the constant pouring and flipping? I have to admit that I do! I think pancakes are fairly difficult to screw up, but I rarely make them. I found this super easy, yet tasty, recipe for Baked Pancakes, from Big Red Kitchen.
I couldn’t believe how easy these pancakes were, and you can just pour the batter into a dish and let them bake all at once. Then you’ve got yourself some beautiful fluffy pancake squares. These are super delicious with a pad of butter and lots of syrup.
