The more I travel, the more aware I am of fashion, and current fashion trends. This may seem like a funny thing to some, but when I get out of my small agricultural town, and my comfort zone, I start to see some different styles. Some styles might be really cool and fun, while others just make me shake my head. I have noticed some different trends when you go to the big city, and vice versa. Of course, if you watch a lot of television or read a lot of magazines, you may experience some of these same new sites. That’s not exactly me. I am more of a people watcher when I go out. I love to see the variety in fashion, for different parts of the world.
One trend going on right now, is one that I happen to find adorable. Have you seen people wear tall boots with a cute ruffle or sock sticking out of the top of the boot? I finally discovered what this is; at least one variety. They’re Leggies! Leggies are flirty socks without the feet. Leggies are sold by Younique, and would make for a fun Valentine’s Day gift. I love that you can completely dress up your outfit by adding a little ruffle and a few buttons, right above the top of your boot. I just need to get me a pair of boots that don’t go all the way up to my knee, so I can show off more of my Leggies! Love them!

I really don’t go along with trends. If I see something that’s trendy and I love it of course I’m gonna get it but I like to go to my own drum beat. I can’t wait til spring and summer to wear cotton lightweight skirts that flow with a tank or tee. I’ll either wear wedges or flip flops with it. I do love the pastel colors for this spring!!
