I know we’re a week past Thanksgiving and I am a little late getting this up, but maybe you still have some leftovers laying around or in the freezer. I also wanted to get this recipe to you for any possible Christmas Turkey Dinners or for next year. After Thanksgiving is over, we like to make a casserole out of our leftovers. It is so simple and is a great way to use up the leftovers in a tasty way!
Leftover Thanksgiving Dinner Casserole
Spray the bottom of a large casserole dish (or whatever size you think appropriate for the amount of leftovers you want to use) with Pam or cooking spray. Then cover the bottom with leftover stuffing.
The next layer should be leftover turkey (you can cut it into smaller pieces if you’d like). Then top the turkey with gravy. You will repeat these steps one more time with another layer of stuffing, turkey and gravy.
Top the whole casserole with mashed potatoes and gravy and bake at 350 for about an hour, if it has been refrigerated. If you have a smaller casserole you may not need as much time to get it heated all the way through. It was so tasty!
