Since I decided to make Crock Pot Brownies tonight, I thought that we ought to have some homemade hot fudge to go on top of our brownie sundaes! I LOVE Hot Fudge, and homemade hot fudge is EVEN BETTER than store-bought. My mom’s recipe is fabulous, and similar to this one, but I got one from About.com, in a pinch. And of course, it’s less expensive! If you are interested, you can see my Crock Pot Brownies recipe Here.

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 can (14 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbs butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, flour, and salt.
- Add milk, water, and butter to the dry mixture in the saucepan, and mix until liquid is fully encoporated.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling. Cook 5 minutes longer, after mixture comes to a boil.
