See how I created a Weekly Menu Plan using the Albertsons Stock Up Sale for 10/9-10/15, as part of a sponsored campaign. All opinions expressed are 100% my own.
The Albertsons Stock Up Sale is still going on! Are you stocking up with some great finds? This week marks a new ad, which means new deals! To help you out with your shopping and menu planning, I have come up with a weekly menu plan using this week’s sales. You should be able to snatch up the deals from October 9th – October 15th. As always, I recommend stocking up on the great buys, so you won’t have to shop again until those products are at another killer price. Keep in mind that the sales might be slightly different, depending on region.
I used a free printable meal plan template from A Feathered Nest, and filled in the days with recipes that will use the stock up sale items. Then I began to fill in the shopping list for you, leaving room for you to add additional items for side dishes. Some of the recipes are pretty self explanatory and will be great for those busy weeknights when you have to rush out to scouts and soccer practice. Click on the menu to print it.
Sunday: Breaded Pork & Mashed Potatoes. I recommend serving this with a green vegetable of some sort. Asparagus and salads are on sale this week. To make the breaded pork, simply dip your boneless pork tenderloin tips in egg, then in flour. Fry them in a little butter and serve with mashed potatoes! Easy enough right?
Monday: Sloppy Joes! Brown the ground beef and add a can or two of Manwich (depending on how much you want to make). Serve on buttered, toasted hamburger buns.
Tuesday: Soccer Soup Night. Simply stock up on Healthy Choice Soups and serve with toasted garlic bread. When we are in a rush and on a budget, my husband will butter slices of bread and sprinkle garlic salt on top. Then stick it in the oven on broil until bread is lightly toasted.
Wednesday: Campfire Beans. Brown ground beef (or ground turkey) with half of a chopped onion. Salt & Pepper to taste. Toss with 2 cans of Pork & Beans and 1/2 cup of ketchup. Serve with breadsticks or more toasted buns.
Thursday: Ravioli or Tortellini (on sale). Cook refrigerated ravioli or tortellini per the instructions on package. Serve with the spaghetti sauce and a side salad.
Friday: Baked Garden Tilapia. Create fish foil packets by placing tilapia in the center of a large piece of foil. Top fish with diced tomatoes and chopped fresh basil, and one ice cube. Fold foil packet and baked at 450° for 16-20 minutes, or until fish is cooked. Place packets on a cookie sheet for baking. Can also cook on the grill for 14-18 minutes.
Saturday: Tacos. Brown ground beef and season with salt & pepper and any additional taco seasonings you like. Serve on tortillas with warmed beans and Ro*tel tomatoes and avocado.

This template could really be useful as we are always trying to decide what to eat. As a side note, I’d really love to make some sloppy joes this weekend- haven’t had those in ages!
