This post was created in partnership with Ninja® Intelli-Sense™ Kitchen System with Auto-Spiralizer™. I received complimentary products and compensation to facilitate my review, but all opinions within are my own. You’ll love my Fall Harvest Salad that make in the Ninja Intelli-Sense Kitchen System.
I love to cook and bake and come up with some pretty tasty recipes. However, you may be surprised to hear I’m one of those people who always says they can’t make a homemade salad as good as a restaurant. That has changed for me, with my Fall Harvest Salad using the Ninja® Intelli-Sense™ Kitchen System with Auto-Spiralizer™. With thanks to Ninja® and their latest gadgets, and a little creativity on my part, I now believe I have one of the best salad recipes out there. Don’t take my word for it – try it for yourself!
I’ve tossed some basic ingredients into a bowl of lettuce and poured over a jar of dressing, and it just hasn’t done much for me. I decided to bring some fresh ingredients from fall harvest, and also got snazzy with the Ninja Intelli-Sense Kitchen System with Auto-Spiralizer. You see, this system takes the work out of chopping, slicing, dicing and blending, but it also gives you beautiful spiraled fruits and/or veggies.
With one smart base that transforms into four high-performance appliances, you can really let the creativity flow. This system comes with 72 oz. Total Crushing® Blender (which I didn’t use for my Fall Harvest Salad recipe), 64 oz. Precision Processor™, 24 oz. Single-Serve Cup, and Auto-Spiralizer. This one recipe really showcases how to utilize at least three of these high-performance appliances.
First pop the Auto-Spiralizer onto the base, with the spaghetti blade. You can also test out the fettuccine blade to make zoodles! Using this blade on your freshly peeled sweet potatoes creates the perfect sized bites of sweet potato in a salad.
While these come to a boil in a saucepan, change out the Auto-Spiralizer for the Precision Processor. Ninja’s Smart Vessel Recognition Technology automatically senses which appliance is attached to the base and the touchscreen changes the settings, based on which device is attached. The base displays a customized menu of Smart Programs to best utilize each of the four appliances. The base gives appropriate options when it knows the food processor is on. I used the Precision Processor to chop the apples for our salad, and it worked perfectly!
The Single-Serve Cup that comes with the Ninja Intelli-Sense Kitchen System with Auto-Spiralizer is perfect for making homemade salad dressing. If you haven’t made your own dressing before, now is the time to give it a try! It’s easy and it really adds to the yumminess of this harvest salad! Toss all dressing ingredients into this cup and place it on the base. Simply press the dressing button and the ingredients are blended to perfection.
I believe the combination of fresh ingredients with the capabilities of the Ninja Intelli-Sense Kitchen System with Auto-Spiralizer, you can have a beautiful and tasty salad. Whether you’re serving up a family dinner, hosting a party or attending a potluck, this salad is sure to be a hit. In fact, I took this very salad to a holiday party full of about 30 women, and I got some rave reviews!
