Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Unfold puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface. Cut into 4 squares.
- Spread 1 tsp ranch over each pastry square and top with 1/4 of the chicken, one slice of bacon, and 1 Tbs of the shredded mozzarella.
- Seal up by folding one point over to the one directly across from it - creating a triangle. Repeat with 3 remaining squares.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before eating.
