Cream Cheese, Cranberry and Bacon Pinwheels

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Spinach and Herb Flour Tortillas
  • 2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese - softened
  • 1 6 oz pkg Feta or Goat Cheese crumbles
  • 4 slices thick bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups Craisins
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Method
 

  1. Gently mix all the ingredients, except the tortillas, together until well blended.
  2. Divide into 8 equal portions, and spread one portion onto each tortilla. Roll the tortilla up like a jelly roll and wrap in plastic wrap.
  3. Refrigerate all the rolls for at least one hour, or overnight, if needed for the next day.
  4. When ready to serve, remove plastic wrap, and slice into 1" slices. ( I didn't use the end pieces, but fed them to my husband, as I was slicing) Serve and listen for the raves.
