Method
- Chop all vegetables and chicken into bite size pieces, and place in the center of a large piece of foil.
- Top vegetables and chicken with 1 Tbs Italian dressing and salt and pepper to taste.
- Make foil packet by bringing up two sides and folding over twice. Then fold in both open ends twice to seal. Repeat with remaining packets.
- Grill on medium-high heat with lid closed for 7-8 minutes per side.
- Remove foil packets with tongs and serve.
