Method
- Sauté pork loin chunks in pressure cooker until slightly browned on all sides. Add apple juice to browned meat and set timer on pressure cooker for 10 min. Use quick release when time is up.
- Remove meat, and add vegetables and salt and pepper. Set for 4 min and cook until vegetables are done - use quick release.
- Add meat back into the vegetables and sauté for just a minute to blend flavors and reheat the meat. Remove to a platter and sprinkle with cheese. Enjoy.
