Skinny Hot Chile and Corn Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz. low fat cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 Cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Thick & Chunky Salsa Verde
  • 2 cans 4 oz. diced green chiles
  • 1 can 2.25 oz. sliced olives
  • 1 can 15 oz. corn, drained
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 Cup part skim mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 Cup monterey jack cheese divided

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, apart from the cheeses. Stir, or whisk until fully incorporated. Gently stir in the mozzarella and half of the monterey jack cheeses.
  3. Pour contents into a cast iron skillet. Top with remaining monterey jack cheese, and bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
