Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
  • 1 can whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 can creamed corn not drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
  2. In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together and pour into a greased 8"x8" baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden.
