Feta Greek Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 28 oz bag Tasteful Selections Fingerling Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 Tbs oregano
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese crumbles

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425° and line a 9x13 pan with foil.
  2. Keep small potatoes whole and cut larger potatoes in half, and place on foil-lined pan.
  3. Pour water, olive oil, garlic and oregano over potatoes and toss with hands.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove pan from oven and turn potatoes. Return to oven and bake another 25-30 minutes. Check closely for doneness.
  5. Remove pan from oven and sprinkle Feta Cheese crumbles on top and serve.
  6. Enjoy!
