Method
- Preheat oven to 425° and line a 9x13 pan with foil.
- Keep small potatoes whole and cut larger potatoes in half, and place on foil-lined pan.
- Pour water, olive oil, garlic and oregano over potatoes and toss with hands.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Remove pan from oven and turn potatoes. Return to oven and bake another 25-30 minutes. Check closely for doneness.
- Remove pan from oven and sprinkle Feta Cheese crumbles on top and serve.
