Line a 9x9-inch pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray.
In a large pot, melt butter over medium-low heat. Stir in 6 cups of mini marshmallows, and stir until melted.
Remove from heat and promptly stir in Honeycomb cereal. Once combined, add remaining mini marshmallows and briefly stir.
Press cereal mixture evenly into the prepared pan and sprinkle 1/4 cup chocolate chips over the top.
In a microwave safe dish, melt remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips in 30 second increments, stirring in between. Drizzle over the bars.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares. Serve and enjoy!
