Overnight Refrigerator Oatmeal

Oatmeal you can make the night before, and enjoy in the morning. Nice and cool for a hot summer day.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Yulu Yogurt flavor of your choice
  • 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup blueberries or other fruit - can omit, or add extra for garnish if desired
  • 1 Tbs chocolate cocoa optional, for chocolate flavors
  • 1/2 pint jar

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in jar, and shake with the lid on. If your jar is too crowded, stir until combined, in a separate bowl. Transfer back to the jar and store in the refrigerator overnight.
