Soothing Lemon and Ginger Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 1 fresh lemon or 2 Tbs of pure lemon juice
  • 1- inch slice of fresh ginger or 1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp of organic honey
  • 16 oz boiling water

Method
 

  1. Squeeze lemon into a 16 oz mug, removing any seeds.
  2. Peel and dice fresh ginger add add and mix with lemon juice.
  3. Add boiling water and stir.
  4. Add honey and stir until completely dissolved.
