Turkey Larb

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tsp chili pepper flakes
  • pinch of sugar
  • 1/2 Tbs fish sauce
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 red onion sliced, then chopped
  • 1-2 tsp basil
  • 1 handful of spinach leaves
  • cilantro for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a frying pan, brown turkey until cooked through.
  2. To turkey, add chili flakes, sugar, fish sauce and lime juice. Toss to combine.
  3. Stir in onion, basil and spinach.
  4. Garnish with cilantro.
