Malibu Mango Mocktail

I have a confession to make. I all too often have placed great emphasis on recipes for entrees, side dishes and desserts, but frequently fail to recognize beverages. There are some simply amazing drinks to be consumed, and I think it is time to pay tribute to those. I have always been a huge fan of Simply Beverages, and now their line has expanded to yummy Simply Juice Drinks. My fun Malibu Mango Mocktail is a perfect introduction to the new Simply Tropical.

 Simply Juice Drinks

The makers of Simply Orange and Simply Lemonade have launched a new premium line of refreshing juice drinks in Fruit Punch, Tropical and Mixed Berry. Each flavor has a real fruit taste and is made with simple, all natural ingredients. I can tell you these flavors are a big hit already, and are flying off the shelves! My local grocery store was out of Fruit Punch, and a gal had to go into the back to find me more of the Tropical and Mixed Berry. What I love is that the kids and adults are enjoying the new Simply Juice Drinks. All flavors come in a 59-fl. oz. multi-serve bottle, and Fruit Punch and Tropical are also offered in grab-and-go, 11.5-fl. oz. single-serve bottles. I know the kids would be happy to have these in their lunchboxes (so would the hubby).

Each of the Simply Juice Drinks are delicious on their own, but if you want to take them up a notch, my yummy Malibu Mango Mocktail is simple and tasty. Malibu Mango Mocktail

A tropical beverage highlighting pineapple, mango and coconut flavors.

Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients
  

  • ice cubes
  • 3-4 oz Simply Tropical
  • 1 tsp cream of coconut
  • drizzle of grenadine
  • maraschino cherries
  • lemon peel for garnish

Method
 

  1. In an ice filled glass, stir simply tropical and cream of coconut until combined.
  2. Drizzle grenadine in glass and top with a maraschino cherry and lemon peel for garnish.

Notes

Repeat for multiple glasses.

    I’d love to try the Fruit Punch flavor. I love fruit punch but I always feel guilty drinking it because its usually not healthy at all.

    I’m a big fan of Lemonade (refreshing!) so I can’t wait to try their Lemonade & Blueberry, Lemonade & Mango as well as the the Lemonade & Raspberry ~ in that order.
