Rascal Flatts “Changed” Album Review

by Emily Buys Leave a Comment

Some of you may already know that I got to see Rascal Flatts perform live in Nashville, TN, in February. I was actually at the very front of the stage, so I had the BEST seats/floor space in the room! It was so fun being so close to them because let’s face it, they’re awesome. I even got a picture with the band, which was very cool.

Rascal Flatts had their newest album, “Changed” released on April 3rd. I was able to receive a copy of their new album, to review. As always, Rascal Flatts do not disappoint. After listening to this album several times in the car, I have come to the conclusion that the 3 best songs out of 11 (in my opinion) are “Changed”, “Let it Hurt”, and  “Hot in Here”.  The chorus in these three songs is very catchy and entertaining.

In the album, “Changed”, Rascal Flatts have substance to their songs.  Change in life is one of the hardest things to do, but can be one of the greatest achievements in this life.  No matter where we are, we can always strive to be better than what we have been. Some of the songs really help get this message across. The lyrics in “Let it Hurt” are so very true.  There literally is a time in life to hurt, and we all go through it at some point.  If we don’t feel pain how can we place pleasure in its perspective!

If you are a fan of country music, or just the Rascal Flatts in general, then I’m sure you will not be disappointed with this new album.
