Because I have already given a full review of War Horse, from my experience at the red carpet premiere, I thought it would be fun for you to hear another’s opinion of the film and DVD boxed set. Here is the review of Tracey – one of my newest reviewers:

Our family loved the DVD boxed set “War Horse.” The movie was visually beautiful. The story was compelling and heart warming. It even held the attention of my four year old. The DVD included an option to watch in English, Spanish, and French. My husband is a high school Spanish teacher and plans to show it to his students in Spanish with English subtitles. The story is clean and had educational value because it is about World War One. It is directed and produced by Steven Spielberg and won six Academy Award nominations. It was one of the best movies that our family has seen in a very long time.

The 4-Disc Combo pack is amazing. It comes with 2-Disc Blu-ray, 1 Disc DVD, and a Digital copy. We can watch it on our blu-ray, DVD player, and computer. It also includes many extra’s and special features like: A Filmmaking Journey, Editing & Scoring, The Sounds of “War Horse”, Through the Producer’s Lens, and “War Horse”: The look, and An Extra’s Point of View. The bonus features were interesting and informative. My husband and I enjoyed them almost as much as the film.

    All the previews for War Horse looked like it would be a great movie, but so far I haven’t seen it. Of course, I haven’t been to any movies yet this year. I’d love to win the boxed set, I know my husband would love it too.

    I haven’t seen it but I have been dying to see it. My hubby doesnt really like any movies that aren’t full of action so its hard for me to see this kind of movie sometimes. I usually wait til they come out so I can buy and see it by myself at home. I would love to win this!
