Journey 2: The Mysterious Island Giveaway and Blog App

As part of my love for movies, I quite enjoy taking my kids to age appropriate movies. I haven’t quite figured out if my kids love them as much as I do, but when I took them to the theater to see Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, they were awesome throughout it! They behaved really well, and they were kept very entertained. I think all of the action kept my boys very engaged. I really enjoyed the story and beautiful scenery. The movie is now out on DVD, so be sure to check it out. In case you aren’t familiar with Journey 2, here is the Synopsis:

Sean Anderson (Josh Hutcherson, The Hunger Games) finds a hidden signal that he believes will lead him to his long lost grandfather (Michael Caine, Miss Congeniality).  With the help of his new step father (Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, The Scorpion King), Sean finds a map and starts his adventure which leads him to Kailani (Vanessa Hudgens, High School Musical) and the island of Atlantis!  Sean and his friends battle giant bees, killer lizards, a volcano of gold, and electric eels to escape the lost city and make their way home!

    What a kool idea, this is a great family movie and gives me a great idea to build a map of our backyard and go treasure hunting. Family fun awesome!!!!

    I like how we can make our own treasure map for our house. The kids absolutely loved it. We all had a blast!

    The 1St was great. My kids loved it. This one with the Rock has to be awesome so I’d love to win it for them.

    We got shrink tag, and then family adventure night. My kids would love to build a fort to sit in while watching the movie.

    We have yet to watch either movie, but they look good. I guess I need to hurry up and get started and plan a Journey movie night!
