When I first started My Pinterest Addiction posts, I had intended to post every week. However, I have been gone the past two Thursdays, so I’m a little overdue. Believe you me though, I have accumulated plenty of things on Pinterest that I want to try! I am pleased to say that I did make 2 out of 5 of my “things I want to try” from my first week. I printed the Valentine Subway Art that I mentioned, and I also made a different version of the banana ice cream. I created a 2 ingredient ice cream that is super tasty and healthy too!
Please follow along and join me in trying some of your favorite pins! First of all, be sure you are following CleverHousewife on Pinterest. Second, if you have a pin (or 2, or 3), leave the link to the pin, in a comment. I’d love to see what you want to work on. It might give me more ideas….
Below each idea, I will leave a link to the Pin, in case you like the idea too, and want to repin it.
Here are 5 Pins that I want to try this week.
Movie Theater Buttered Popcorn Cupcakes in honor of the Oscars! They’re so cute and I’ll bet they’re tasty!
A car track made out of masking tape. I’d love to surprise the boys when they come home from school one day. They’d love it!
Herb Parmesan Stuffed Brussel Sprouts. I have never cooked Brussel Sprouts, but I have had some really tasty ones before. Want to try this!
Because I am trying to cook healthier meals for the family, I want to try this Loaded Cauliflower Casserole. The real test is to see if the kids like it!
Okay so this is a bit of a big project, but I so want to try it if I can do it for cheap: Frame a Mirror! Anyone brave enough to try this with me?

careful with the tape! Might leave residue on your furniture. I would rub the tape on my pants before sticking straight to the couch. The floor can have at it! Maybe it will pick up extra cat hair or something.

Thanks Heather. If you’ve ever seen my couches, you’d know I’m not worried about it. lol Someday I will have nice couches that will matter. hehe

Let me know how the Loaded Cauliflower Casserole goes! I think Cauliflower has a bad rap amongst kids, I know I didn’t want to eat it when I was a kid, but as an adult I LOVE cheesy cauliflower soup… 🙂

First, the cupcakes are adorable! I did the tape race track thing for my son before. It was fun. We didn’t get too crazy but he liked it. He’s only three and thought it would be fun to tear it off when he was done though. Oh, and the mirror – that is amazing!
