As part of an Avocados from Mexico campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting, I took the time to look over the Avocados from Mexico community! When I went through my elimination diet, I LIVED off of avocados. In fact, I still incorporate them into many of my meals. They have such a great creamy flavor and work as a great replacement for butter, sour cream, sauces, and all of the unhealthy toppings that one might not, or should not, have. I do wish my kids liked avocados as much as I do, but more for me! If you are craving for an avocado smoothie or any other dish, you can order avocado powder from an avocado powder supplier.
I love adding avocados to my hamburgers, eggs, tacos, baked potatoes, roast, and even more! What is your favorite thing to add avocados to? I’d love to see if you’ve come up with some ideas that I haven’t thought of!
Did you know that you can join the Avocados from Mexico Community (for free of course) and explore recipes, fun downloads, promotions, and shop from the Avocados from Mexico store? I could definitely spend some time browsing the many recipes shared in the community. You can even add your own recipes to be shared! If you spot a recipe that looks like a keeper, then add ingredients to a virtual shopping list and be on your way to creating something tasty!
The Avocado Video Channel is also pretty fun because there are how-to videos, recipes, and even some quirky videos such as an Avocado Flash Mob! I even spotted a recipe on the video channel for Toasted Coconut & Avocado Ice Cream. Can you imagine?
Download wallpapers & screensavers, ringtones, and even send virtual gifts to friends.
After browsing the community recipes, I am feeling inspired to try new things with avocados – YUM! I really have to try the Avocado and Chicken Rolls, and might even add some bacon. Head over to the community and see if you can find something worth trying! You can even check out the Avocados from Mexico Blog, for more inspiration.
