Boogy While Brushing with Tooth Tunes #ToothTunesBTS

I find it almost ironic that I am writing about dental health as I have a little boy who is sitting next to me in tears right now because of a throbbing tooth (and gums). Al the more reason to spread the word that children’s dental health is so important and cannot be ignored until they grow up and can take care of it on their own. Habits need to be instilled now as children, because it is much harder to get an adult to start a new habit. Take me and exercise for example. So not happening lately, even though I want it to be a habit!

I sure hope yours have it down, and whether they do or don’t, I have something that will at least make it a little more fun so they will WANT to take care of their teeth. My children have greatly improved over the past month or so, for a couple of reasons. One, their teeth aren’t in the best shape so they have had some not-so fun visits to the dentist. And two, they have a cool new toothbrush that makes brushing fun!
