I am currently in a unique kind of contest that is unlike any other that I have been part of. I think the last contest I did was for Reynolds Real Moms, which I was fortunate enough to become a finalist in. It has been a blast being an ambassador for Reynolds! This current contest is called The Mystery Ingredient Blogger Showcase on behalf of Colman’s Mustard. I had to sign up without knowing what the mystery ingredient would be. Then several bloggers were mailed a mystery package with two forms of the same ingredient: Colman’s Mustard. I then had to come up with a recipe using this product, and submit it. I am now a finalist with 22 other bloggers, all vying for a free trip to London, with a guest! I have never traveled over seas and it is a goal of mine to make it happen in 2014. This would be the perfect way!

From now until December 1st people can visit the Mystery Ingredient Blogger Showcase and vote for their recipe. With all of the turkey people will be cooking up next week I thought I would provide a tasty sandwich that you can make with all of your leftover fixin’s. You will love the cranberry relish mixed with mayonnaisse, but the brown sugar-y mustard sauce takes the cake!
