2014 Holiday GIft Guide Gift ideas

Better Homes and Gardens Gifts Under $20

Gifts Under $20

‘Tis the season for gift giving and creativity. I’m sure many of us would give the world to those we love, if we could. Sometimes we would like to be able to gift the most extravagant vacations and products, but our budget just doesn’t allow for it. Most of us have a Walmart within driving distance, so I wanted to give some fun gift ideas using Better Homes and Gardens gifts under $20. To make things even more fun, I am also giving away a $100 Walmart gift card to help you with your shopping and gifting needs!

BHG 5 Piece Wax Warmer Starter Set

First up is super simple and doesn’t take any effort aside from making the purchase – a 5 Piece Wax Warmer Starter Set ($17-$19.96). I have a girlfriend whom I exchange gifts with, and we always get each other something that smells good. I spotted a few varieties of warmers, but loved the homey feel of this full-size Better Homes and Gardens warmer that says Love, Family, Home, Laughter, etc. Included are 4 scented wax cube packs in Vanilla Caramel Spice, Wild Berry Cheesecake, Vanilla Cookie Crunch and Baked Apple Strudel. Yum!

BHG Storage Cube and Throw

I am a sucker for a soft and cozy blanket, and have decided it is necessary to have a basket or container of some sort, to keep blankets at arm’s reach at all times. I think just about anyone would love receiving their own personal throw. Instead of just gifting the throw ($12.88), put together a fun gift using a BHG Storage Cube (they come in a variety of colors for just $5.67), and just drape the throw over the edge for a fun look.

BHG Holiday Tray

BHG Christmas Bowl

There are some occasions where I like to gift holiday items, that can be used that very same season. There is a new line of holiday products by BHG, which I simply love, and are at very affordable prices. You can go with this cute holiday bowl for just $7, or add some of the other holiday dishes, or the fun wooden holiday tray. I love the leaves and berries etched into the tray, and couldn’t believe it was under $10. I just threw in some oranges from my tree, and will likely wrap the bowl and tray up in some festive clear wrap, for a nice complete gift.

BHG Chevron Towels and Candle

My last gift idea, totaling just $, is a set of new Better Homes & Gardens Chevron Towels, and smelly candle. Tie them together with a holiday ribbon and you’ve got a thoughtful gift for under $20. The chevron towels come in different colors, and I love how soft they are. Gray is the color of the season, so that’s what I decided to go with. Now I am envisioning a warm bath by candlelight.

Now let’s see what you can do with $100 to Walmart! Enter here to win a $100 gift card to help with your shopping. This giveaway will end at 11:59pm PT on 12/20. To enter, fill out the form below:
