Sharing a Tradition For Baby’s First Christmas

by Emily Buys 1 Comment

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Happy Family Products . All opinions are 100% mine.

My family has a little tradition that we started a few years ago. Every year on Christmas Eve, we sneak out just after it gets dark and deliver a box of gifts to another family that we know of… In secret! We wrap up all of the little gifts and put them in a big box, anonymously. Then we ring the door bell and RUN! It is one of my favorite parts about Christmas, because my kids get so excited to give.

This year the family that we chose has a small baby. We thought it would be fun to make this Christmas extra special for this family, as it is “Baby’s First Christmas. So while we where selecting items to add to the box for this family, we wanted to make sure to give something extra special for “baby.”

As I was thinking about giving this package to a family celebrating their son’s first Christmas, I kind of reflected on my own son’s first Christmas. As first time parents, my hubby and I wanted to get him EVERYTHING for his first Christmas, and where excited to pick out some fun toys that we thought he would just love! As it turned out, all of the presents and excitement where a tad too much for our little guy. He cried every time a present was opened!

The absolute only thing that he loved that Christmas was a tub of puff snacks that Santa had slipped into his stocking. It made him so happy and he clung onto it all of Christmas Day! It was great that, like all of the Happy Family snacks it came in convenient on-the-go packaging so he could take it with us for a long day out visiting  with family on Christmas Day.

Remembering this, and because I know nothing makes a baby happy, quite like having a full tummy, secret family’s” baby some delicious products from Happy Family! These organic baby food products including “puffs” “yogurt snacks” “rice cakes” and fruit and veggie squeezable pouches and healthy and great to take on the go!
