It’s true, we’re not in Kindergarten anymore, even though it may feel like it at times. I enjoy playing with my kids, and sometimes acting like a kid. However, just like it was mighty embarrassing to the kids who peed their pants in Kindergarten, it’s even more embarrassing for us adults. I’m going to show you how we can get back to jumping (or whatever your favorite activity is) with the aid of Poise Impressa.
You see, my kids just got a trampoline for Christmas, and they just beg for me to jump with them. I’m not in the best of shape right now, but jumping on the trampoline should be easy, right? If you suffer from Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI) then jumping isn’t so easy. Well, it is, but then you may have a mess on your hands. Having children just messes with a woman’s body, and for many, it rearranges things enough that it causes SUI. It may not be a full-on pee your pants moment every time, but a little leakage can be frustrating enough.
Long gone are the days where you need to wear a pad or pantyliner for those “uh-oh” moments. Poise Impressa is a whole new ball game, and those who suffer from SUI can rejoice! Impressa is inserted just like a tampon, but it doesn’t absorb like a tampon does. The Impressa is silicone and applies pressure on the urethra, to stop the leakage altogether. Instead of catching the mess after it happens, Impressa is all about preventing it to begin with.
When you get started, I recommend purchasing the Impressa sizing kit at Walmart. There are three sizes: 1, 2, and 3. The kit comes with instructions on how to find the right fit for you. Each person has unique anatomy and your jean size does not determine your Impressa size. Start with size 1 and if you experience leaks, move on to Size 2 and then Size 3 if needed. Pretty simple, and you’ll be back to jumping with those kids in no time!
