The chicken salad kit comes pre-mixed in a tin, with a side of crackers and an applesauce. This would be very easy to take to work, or stick in your purse for wherever your day takes you.
Eat the chicken salad plain, or add in some of your own greens (because who said extra spinach is bad for any diet?). Yum!

How much weight did your husband lose in 5 days?? How long was he on the diet, and the final amount of weight list??? I’m looking at this vs, the Nutrasystem diet plan too, thanks!!!

The plans are really quite similar and should yield similar results. I would go with the one that feels best, price-wise and distance for consultation purposes. Men tend to lose faster than women, and on a diet like this, I want to say my husband lost around 5 lbs in a week. The first week always yields the highest results too – kickstarting everything.
