A few years ago, when my youngest was still a baby, a friend of mine invited me out to a last-minute girls night. I really wanted to go, and have a fun time socializing with other moms, but I quickly declined. The reason? It had been a long day (week), I couldn’t remember the last time I had showered, my hair was a mess, my shirt had spit-up (or some other unmentionable bodily fluid) on it, and I just didn’t feel cute. I still remember what a horrible feeling that was, knowing that I wanted to go, but letting my own insecurities about my appearance hold me back. I don’t ever want you to feel like this so I want to show you a few quick ways to feel beautiful when you’re a mom.
