Swim Without Fear of Bladder Leakage

It officially feels like Summer in Northern California, with temps in the triple digits! The hot weather came all too fast for me, but the kids are happy with how quickly it’s heated up the pool. I typically don’t swim until July, because I like my water to be 82° or higher. However, I got in the pool this week and the water felt mighty fine. Do you have outdoor activities you love to do in the summer, but hold back for fear of LBL (Light Bladder Leakage)? I’m going to let you in on a little secret that will help you swim without fear of bladder leakage (or whatever activity you desire).

Bladder leakage can be embarrassing, and talking about it can also be embarrassing. I’m here to break down those barriers, because I have a feeling more people suffer from LBL than we even know about.
