#2 Pappy’s Smokehouse – No visit to St. Louis is complete without some BBQ. I checked out Yelp, I visited TripAdvisor, and I chatted with a representative from the visitor’s bureau, and we decided on Pappy’s Smokehouse. It was an added bonus that this restaurant has been featured on Man vs Food. Oh my heaven, deliciousness! We chose well! Luckily we arrived just before a huge rush of people, because this place is definitely a hot spot.
We ordered the Frito Pie (a huge hit with the kids), BBQ Spud, and of course, a half slab of ribs! I couldn’t escape without a side of Fried Corn on the Cob either! Everything was DELICIOUS!
We topped our meal off with a refreshing taste of Fitz Cream Soda. You won’t be disappointed if you plan your meals around Pappy’s.
