I have a confession to make – I’ve never been a big consumer of fruit. I’m just not one to pick up a raw piece of fruit and eat it. It’s a terrible trait, and unfortunately one I’ve passed onto my kids. Despite my lack of raw fruit eating, I do love fruity recipes. I have no problem sticking fruits into my desserts – it makes them healthy, right? Okay, that might be a stretch but at least I get the nutrients I need from the fruit. For this week’s roundup, we have some clever fruit recipes that look simply divine.
