With the little bit of sunshine we received over the weekend, I’ve found myself with more energy and motivation than I’ve had in a while. Granted, my health hasn’t been the best in the past couple of months so I’ll take good days when I can get them! I made a grocery shopping trip today and stocked up on ingredients to try a handful of new recipes Keith and I have been eager to try, and I got some items for the kids’ Easter baskets. Easter will be here before you know it! Because Easter morning is always busy with egg hunts and baskets, Easter Brunch is popular in many households.
