Although Halloween takedown has occurred, and Thanksgiving is going up, as well as my Christmas tree, we’re taking a break from the holiday recipes. Instead, let’s think ahead to leisurely Saturday mornings with the family. We’re almost done with soccer season so we’ll have our Saturdays back soon, and then I’ll be diving into this week’s homemade donut recipes. Homemade donuts aren’t quite the same as commercial donuts, but they’re so tasty nonetheless. I think we all too often get intimidated, thinking they’ll be difficult, but they’re really not!! Some days I wish I had a deep fryer so I could make some truly scrumptious and unhealthy donuts.
