Dog Lovers Unite with The Pack on Amazon Prime Video

Because of our shared love of dogs across the world, Amazon Prime Video has come out with a new series called The Pack. We always wonder how much our dog understands because she seems so smart and in tune with our feelings. Dogs are phenomenal creatures and have great insight as well as unconditional love. That’s one of the reasons we’re so drawn to them isn’t it? Dogs are so accepting and nonjudgmental and we all need more of that in our lives.

Our dog, Lucy, has become the favorite family member and so much of our world involves and surrounds our pup.

I’m joining many others this weekend to tune into the Packed Weekend, hosted by Olympic gold medalist Lindsey Vonn and her canine co-host Lucy. The series features twelve teams of dogs and their humans on an epic adventure across multiple continents. I love getting to witness the special bond between humans and their pups and in addition to watching these duos compete in fun and exciting challenges on their journey across the globe, there are cash prizes up for grabs.

Prizes

Each team will have to depend on their understanding of one another’s strengths and weaknesses and prove to have the strongest bond in the pack. The winners of the contest will receive $500,000 plus an additional $250,000 prize amount for the animal charity of their choice. As if that wasn’t enough, dog lovers everywhere can rejoice because The Pack donated $250,000 during filming to multiple charities and animal rescue organizations in each country. Dogs really are at the center of many of our worlds and they are being celebrated this weekend during a 3 day event with The Pack Amazon Prime.

Our Love of Dogs

I swear every time anyone gets home from being out and about, they call out to Lucy. It feels so good to be greeted by our loyal friend and companion and we love how excited she is to see us. We also love how much of a snuggle bug Lucy is. She loves to be pet, snuggled and bundled up in her bed and blankets. Our dog isn’t much of a toy kind of gal – all she needs are her people and some loves. Oh and treats – this girl loves treats! We definitely have plenty of love to give to our dog-O (as the boys call her). We’ve even been heavily debating adding another dog to our family. Should we do it??
