Just today I got to have a Chef Boyardee Party with some of my closest friends and their little ones who don’t yet go to school. Little girl loved having her friends over to play and eat Chef Boyardee!
I was so excited when my Chef Boyardee Party Pack came in the mail, and was floored at how generous they were! The picture shows ALMOST everything. I had one larger Le Creuset bakeware dish that isn’t in the picture because it was busy baking our lunch. As you can see, I received a nice large set of mixing bowls, which I was in desperate need of, since mine just barely broke! I got two very nice Le Creuset baking dishes, a set of measuring spoons, measuring cups, timer and prep dishes. Then of course there was an adult and children’s apron, chef hat, Chef Boyardee shopping lists (which the mommies all loved!), recipes and coupons! My kids love their new apron and I have a feeling they will be wearing it often – in addition to the cute chef hat.
I browsed through the recipes that came in my party kit and decided to doctor up a couple of cans of Spaghetti and Meatballs. I love meals that just requiring a little doctoring up! We made the Pepperoni Spaghetti Bake and the kids loved it. One friend said that even her picky eater was enjoying this. You can find the Chef Boyardee recipes on their website. We all loved the biscuit-like crust and topping the Chef Boyardee with cheese and pepperoni! I will continue to make variations of this dish!
Lunch was put together in MINUTES – it was so easy! That is momma’s every day dream for mealtime right? I decided to put my bowls to good use and make a nice big salad for us mommas, and some fruit to share – YUM! Just for kicks I thought I’d snap a picture of one of my friends in the cute garb:

- Each of the top ten finalists from all the accumulated weeks will have the chance to win the grand prize of free groceries for a year. The winner will be chosen based on a combined score of taste points and voting.
