I know I’m a little late on this and it’s almost time for me to report on Day 3, but here is Day 2’s report first. Yesterday was day 2 of being on the Yoplait Two Week Tuneup. I have to say, so far I am impressed! I really haven’t been left feeling too hungry during the day, and the dinners definitely make up for any hunger I’ve felt because they are AMAZING! First, let me start with another weight loss – 1.8lbs!!! That’s a total of 3.4 lbs in the first 2 days!!!
Now for yesterday’s dinner: Broiled Sirloin Steak and Vegetables
Soooo good! I was a little nervous of the side veggies and no starchy potato or pasta, but I was wrong. You stir in some chopped olives and pine nuts (along with a balsamic vinegar sauce) after the veggies have been broiled, and they add so much to the dish. I’m salivating thinking about it now. The last two dinners have not tasted like a diet at all! Must try!!! That plus losing 3.4 lbs…oh yeah!!
