HOLIDAY GIFT GUIDE – Day 6: Win 1 of 3 CarpetOne Door Mats

 

There’s no better way to welcome friends to your home than with a colorful, inviting doormat. I’m including these lovely doormats from Carpet One, in my Holiday Gift Guide because not only are they practical for your own use, but they would be a lovely gift for someone. I chose the Change of Seasons design in for the fall season and I’m hoping to get the Gingerbread design for the Holiday season. It’s even better than pictured . The size is just right for a front doorway, patio doorway or in front of the kitchen sink. I have mine in front of our family room sliding door, because my children are constantly coming in and out from the backyard, and tracking all sorts of stuff into the house.  The mat is rubber backed to prevent slippage, and is the perfect thickness of tightly woven carpet for grabbing dirt and dust particles, but not too thick to keep the door from opening, or causing tripping issues.
Not only are these mats a great gift but, Carpet One is pairing with Breast Cancer Research and donating a good portion of the proceeds from the doormat sales to Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Each mat includes a small pink ribbon in the corner to show your support, as well.
