Kmart’s Big Layaway Giveaway

When I think of Kmart I think of blue light specials and layaway.  Kmart is now offereing free layaway for all of those deals that you want to take advantage for yourself, or those special people on your holiday shopping lists. Not only is Kmart bringing back their layaway, but you can also take advange of Kmart's Big Layaway Giveaway. From now through 11/17/12, there is one layaway giveaway per store per week! If you live in a small town then the chances of you winning an item you place on layaway, could be great! No purchase is necessary, so what do you have to lose?

Now is the time to place some of those items you have been eyeing at your Kmart, on layway. Then cross your fingers and hope you win yours for free! In this economy, I think it may be a reasonable idea for some to place their holiday gifts on layway, so you can take your time paying it off without interest. I don't believe in living above our means, but if placing a couple of smallish items on layway can give your family some type of Christmas, then that might be the best way to go. When you have a chance to win your items, that is even better!

Some items I have my eye on for possible layaway:

• My mother really was impressed with our KRUPS Panini Maker, which is currently on sale at Kmart.  
• The DieHard Battery Charger/Maintainer is perfect for my husband who is always concerned about our cars.  He can have fun taking care of our currently poor performing battery on our van.
• For myself, I have my eye on the retro hot dog toaster. It sounds and looks so fun!

Perhaps I will even win in the "Big Layaway Giveaway"!
