A Smile To My Face

OH MY GOODNESS!! I just had a smile brought to my face by a very rare AT&T customer service representative. This is rare indeed as most AT&T representatives brings something much more harsh to my face!

For the past 3-4 months, my AT&T (internet and phone) bill has been having random credits of $.39-$2. I haven’t owed a penny. I finally emailed to see what was going on, with fear of being back-billed. I received a very surprising email stating that when I downgraded my internet service a few months ago, 2 on going promotions were added to my account:

1. HSI 6.0M 12MO DISCOUNT 1 13.00CR

2. HSI BUNDLE 12MO DISCOUNT 1 10.00CR

Now I can’t tell if those credits say $113 or (1) $13.00CR. What do you think? Either way, I have been receiving free service for phone AND internet! I couldn’t be more thrilled as paying the bills has been a bit of a sticky situation lately. It gets done, but it’s a bit stressful.

Now I just need to make sure that nothing scary happens when these promotions are over!! For now – I can smile!
