Leggies: Flirty Socks Without the Feet

The more I travel, the more aware I am of fashion, and current fashion trends. This may seem like a funny thing to some, but when I get out of my small agricultural town, and my comfort zone, I start to see some different styles. Some styles might be really cool and fun, while others just make me shake my head. I have noticed some different trends when you go to the big city, and vice versa. Of course, if you watch a lot of television or read a lot of magazines, you may experience some of these same new sites. That’s not exactly me. I am more of a people watcher when I go out. I love to see the variety in fashion, for different parts of the world.

One trend going on right now, is one that I happen to find adorable. Have you seen people wear tall boots with a cute ruffle or sock sticking out of the top of the boot? I finally discovered what this is; at least one variety. They’re Leggies! Leggies are flirty socks without the feet. Leggies are sold by Younique, and would make for a fun Valentine’s Day gift. I love that you can completely dress up your outfit by adding a little ruffle and a few buttons, right above the top of your boot. I just need to get me a pair of boots that don’t go all the way up to my knee, so I can show off more of my Leggies! Love them!

    I’m still in the simple black tee and jeans but like to spice it up with a scarf and other Accesories.

    I really don’t go along with trends. If I see something that’s trendy and I love it of course I’m gonna get it but I like to go to my own drum beat. I can’t wait til spring and summer to wear cotton lightweight skirts that flow with a tank or tee. I’ll either wear wedges or flip flops with it. I do love the pastel colors for this spring!!

    Some trends I am loving now are of course stylish boot leggings, spikes, heel-less platforms, and beanies!

    I would have to say my favorite fashion trend right now are the looser tops with leggings or skinny jeans. It hides all the bad parts of my body and accentuates the good parts! 🙂

    My favorite fashion trend is sparkly ballet flats. I have to put some gel insoles in them though b/c they usually aren’t very cushioned.

    I’m afraid fashion has gotten away from me. This is the first time I’ve seen Leggies and I think they’re just the cutest thing! My granddaughters are going to be needing some of these for their boots!

    Not sure of specific trend, I like a lot, but I like the trend towards multi-personality. One day I can dress hippie and the next cowgirl, and no one thinks it’s odd!

    Actually this is one of my favs. I also like the arm sleeves cuz my girls can still wear their short sleeve shirts they love during the cold months.

    I would love to win the black and decker steam mop!! My daughter has one and she let me borrow it. I just fell in love with it. It was so easy to use and it cleaned my floors so well!! I hate to have to go and borrow my daughters steam mop every time my floors need cleaned!!
