I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again, using a heart-rate monitor has completely revolutionized my personal fitness training. I started working out with a heart rate monitor about a year ago, and have completely fallen in love with using it. I love being able to know when I have reached my peak performance or when I need to push myself a little harder.
