Fresh and Hip with my Oasap Dress

by Emily Buys 7 Comments

I recently got to do a little shopping at Oasap.com. I had so much fun browsing their wide selection of outfits and accessories. I was so excited to pick out something fresh and hip, to get me out of my sometimes “mom funk”. Let me tell ya – Oasap has everything! There are so many fun styles that are sure to spruce up any girl’s wardrobe.

I spotted this Stripe Printing Vest Dress with Medium Sleeve Jumper, and thought it would be perfect for me. I even had the perfect boots to go with it. I was really curious as to the quality of the materials, and I was really impressed. This dress is comprised of two pieces: a black and white striped tank dress, made of a soft, but stretchy material. The blue vest is not attached (which I love), but can be pulled over the dress and tied in the front. I absolutely love the fact that I can remove the blue top and wear it with other clothing items. I have already warn it with a pair of jeans and white tee, and got several compliments. The blue vest is also very soft, and seems to be made of high quality fabric.

I slipped on the dress, and accessorized. I was a little nervous that the dress was too revealing; showing off all of my curves. Stripes are often known to make one look wider, but with this dress, I really felt like it hid some of my curves! As soon as I arrived at my event for the day, a sweet friend was already paying me compliments on the outfit! Despite the fact that my husband thought I looked like I stepped out of the 80s (isn’t that the new trend?), my friend thought I looked very glamorous. In fact, she thought I may have purchased this dress on my last trip to NYC! She certainly made me feel good.

While doing a little Oasap.com shopping, I thought I would see if I could do a little accessorizing for really cheap. I spotted this retro cute owl ring for only $8. Owls have been everywhere lately, so I thought I would get in on the action. The ring is very sturdy and I can’t see it breaking easily, which is a bonus since the last two rings I have purchased elsewhere, have broken really easily. The ring part wasn’t completely circular, but it seems to fit my finger fine regardless, and nobody can tell.

Don’t you think my boots go perfectly with the outfit? I definitely feel young again with my new Oasap dress! I can’t wait to try more of their items.

I was provided with a promotional item to help facilitate my review. All thoughts and opinions expressed are my own.

Emily, what a fantastic dress on you!!! You look GREAT! I like your hair pulled back like that too. And yes, the shoes are awesome with the dress. Seriously, you look rockin’ in that dress, no mom slump there!

Love the dress and boots; not so sure about the little blue cover shirt. If you like it, that’s great, but I would probably go with an all black little black jacket. That’s just me though.

I’d go with a black or Gray frilly cardigan over that dress…it would make the outfit look streamlined and classic. something hip length
